The first step is checking you BMI(Body Mass Index).If its in the range of 19 to 24 then there's probably not a health advantage to losing weight. You should mantain healthy habits to stay in this range.
So if your BMI is 25 or more,then what about you?Nothing to worry because weight loss may improve your health to some extent.But if you BMI is under 19 then you are underweight.
Plan your Morning
Planning you morning means getting up early.With the sound sleep,just get up and go for a walk,even do light exercises.If you are intrested in swiming then you can go at early morning,this is best to exercise both you body and mind.Make it a habbit,it keeps you fresh for almost whole day.
For Lunch and Dinner

Ok now you are ready to lose weight.But wait do you know what type of body you have.You might think you are obiviously fat.Ya I know that and you are willing tolose fat.But your body construction have a definite shape,thats what I'm talking about.Let me tell you about two common body types. You might think you are fat and what ever be the body type,the only thing is that you want to lose weight.Thats true but if you know your body type you cab plan according to that.
The first one is Endomorph
You have a big body, wide hips, big bones and slow metabolism.Fat cells are high in number than usual that means you get fat easily.
Ok if you fall in this category, well,then you've got more work to do.
You need a combination of high intensity cardio work, weight lifting and a healthy/correct eating to lose fat and build muscles.
The main thing is you will need more effort than others to lose weight.
Now the second one is Mesomorph:
Your body is naturally muscular with wide shoulders, small waist, athletic build, low body fat with a high metabolism.Then your body is really atheletic and think again before you want to lose weight.
Its not that you all fall in that category.It was just to give you an idea.For example, a person can be a mixture of Mesomorph and Endomorph.Now you can figure out your body.Then you can have written goals,and process to achieve them.Only written goal will help you.Remember that having the writeen document you can figure out your progess and where you are failing to compile with.
